Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Aaya. By using Aaya, you agree to these Terms.
Using Aaya
- You may use Aaya to capture review sessions, create screenshots, comment on webpages, invite team members, and share review links.
- You are responsible for the content you submit, the people you invite, and the websites you review with Aaya.
- Do not use Aaya to upload unlawful, harmful, confidential, infringing, or highly sensitive information unless you have the right and authority to do so.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Workspace owners and admins control member access, project settings, billing, and shared review links.
- If you join a workspace, your activity in that workspace may be visible to other authorized workspace members.
Shared review links
- A shared link may make session screenshots, comments, replies, status, page URLs, and related context visible to anyone with access to that link.
- You should only share links with people who are allowed to see the reviewed website and feedback.
- Aaya may restrict, disable, or remove shared access if we believe it is being abused or creates risk.
Plans and payment
- Free plans may include usage limits, including limits on review sessions or related features.
- Paid plans renew until cancelled. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment-failure behavior may depend on your selected plan and payment provider.
- Taxes, fees, and third-party payment processing rules may apply.
Availability and changes
- We aim to keep Aaya reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always work on every website.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
- We may update these Terms. If an update is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
Liability
- Aaya is provided as a website feedback tool. You are responsible for reviewing and validating feedback before relying on it for product, legal, security, or business decisions.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
