What we collect

• Account details such as your name, email address, workspace name, role, and authentication information.
• Review content such as sessions, screenshots, comments, replies, status changes, project names, shared links, and related metadata needed to place feedback on a webpage.
• Usage and device data such as browser, viewport, operating system, timestamps, page URL, and basic diagnostic events used to keep Aaya reliable.
• Billing details needed to manage paid plans. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Aaya.

How we use information

• To provide the product, including session capture, contextual comments, task status, team collaboration, shared review links, and workspace settings.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and improve performance.
• To send service messages such as login links, invitations, review activity, billing notices, and product-critical updates.
• To understand aggregate product usage so we can improve the review workflow.

Sharing

• We share information with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, storage, and payment processing.
• Workspace members can see content inside workspaces they belong to. Anyone with a shared review link may see the session content exposed by that link.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Aaya and our users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Retention and deletion

• We keep account and workspace information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
• You can ask us to delete account data, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup retention requirements.
• Shared review links and screenshots may remain visible to people who already have access until the underlying session or workspace data is deleted.

Your choices

• You can update profile, workspace, and notification preferences in settings.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential email where an unsubscribe option is provided.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
